Event Design - Branding- Environmental Design - Motion
For my senior capstone project I collaborated with two other designers to conceptualize, pitch, and execute a full visual identity for our class capstone exhibition. Then it was put to a vote, after competing against our classmates, our concept was voted the best. It was called SONDER , named after the realization that every person around you is living a life just as vivid and complex as your own, and that definition is what helped us come up with our concept and visuals.
The base of our identity was built around a collage of all our past works, this symbolized that as group we have all poured our own lives into this degree and now we are coming together under the realization that we are doing it together. In addition to this collage we also used custom type and texture to further add to our style.
We designed everything from the posters and social media assets to the gallery installation, wall decals, and name plates for the actual exhibit.
